Agios Nikolaos is a picturesque little fishermen’s village 3klm far from the touristic village Stoupa and 45klm away from Kalamata (south-east).
The villa is 90 sq. m. in 3 levels. There is a private swimming pool (7,00m x3,00m) and garden.
One bedroom is master (bathroom in the room) with a double bed and spacious bathroom. The kitchen and living room is on the ground floor and there is a mezzanine with too single beds. Both sleeping areas have big closets.
The mattresses are very comfortable and the linen of high quality. There are summer blankets and duvets available upon request.
The kitchen is fully equipped. There is fridge with freezer and washing machine. There is a variety of cooking equipment, kettle, toaster and filter coffee machine.
The living room and the kitchen are one open space. The living room has a sofa and armchair with main and side tables and TV.
On the outdoors there is a large table with comfortable chairs and sunbeds by the pool. The pool is private and pool towels are provided. There is a garden with mediterranean plants on the surroundings and parking space.
