A 104 sq.m. stone-built villa in a complex of three individual villas on a  5.000 sq.m. plot. It is situated in Agios Nikolaos in West Mani, Messenia. Agios Nikolaos is a little picturesque fishermen’s village ideal for relaxing vacation. It is 3klm far from the touristic village Stoupa and 45klm away from Kalamata. Its highlight, the private swimming pool (7,00 x 3,00).

It accommodates up to 5 guests. There is one double,two single beds and an extra single bed upon request. There are two bathrooms in the house one of which is in the single-bed bedroom (master) and the second one has two doors so that when one is locked it becomes private bathroom to the double-bed bedroom. The kitchen is fully equipped.
