A 99 sq.m. stone-built villa in a complex of three individual villas on a  5.000 sq.m. plot. It is situated in Agios Nikolaos in West Mani, Messenia. Agios Nikolaos is a picturesque little fishermen’s village ideal for relaxing vacation. It is 3klm far from the touristic village Stoupa and 45klm away from Kalamata. Its highlight, the private swimming pool (7,00 x 3,00).

It accommodates up to 5 guests. There is one double, two single beds and an extra single bed available upon request. There are two bathrooms in the house both of them private (master bedrooms). The kitchen is fully equipped to ensure a comfortable stay.
